By using our services and products, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by the following agreement each time you use our Programs, Services, & Products.

We provide live events, audio, video, and written educational material, coaching, and consulting for the Medical Spiritual Healing and Sufism Programs.

“Dr. Robert Jaffe MD, Inc. dba Institute of Spiritual Healing” is a collective identifier that refers to Dr. Robert Ibrahim Jaffe, and any other company founded or participated in by Dr. Jaffe or his staff.

The Institute of Spiritual Healing does not, and cannot, guarantee that our programs will bring healing or success to an individual. Our experience is that when one walks through, or transforms, one’s inner experience, condition, images, or issues, healing may occur. This has also led one to greater success with traditional treatments for illness and suffering. However, there are many factors that lead to healing and success which we cannot control. The most important being the Will of God itself. Therefore, Dr. Jaffe cannot clearly make any claim or guarantee of healing and success with our treatments, programs or advice. Similar to traditional medical treatments, there is an unknown factor of accuracy and outcomes. We will confirm though, that many people have truly benefited from these teachings and programs and we hope you are one of these!

All text, information, graphics, design and data offered through our Programs, Services, & Products, whether produced by our members or by us, are collectively known as our “Content.” The Institute of Spiritual Healing, as represented by its directors, officers, teachers, and staff, does not make medical diagnoses or provide medical or psychological treatment.

The Institute of Spiritual Healing recommends all program participants continue to see, consult with, and follow the advice of their regular medical doctors or health-care professionals. The Institute of Spiritual Healing does not promise, imply, or guarantee improvements or changes in medical or psychological conditions resulting from participation in the Institute of Spiritual Healing sponsored programs or events. This statement also applies to any teachings or services given by any licensed health professional on our staff. The teachings are considered to be spiritual in nature and are not intended to replace in any way medical or psychiatric/psychological treatment programs our students may already be receiving.

The Institute of Spiritual Healing programs, certificates, or certifications, are not a license to practice medicine or healing of any kind in any state or foreign jurisdiction. The Institute of Spiritual Healing programs do not necessarily fulfill any prerequisite that may be required to obtain a license to practice any form of medicine or healing in any state or other jurisdiction.

The Institute of Spiritual Healing programs are not a vocational school. The Institute of Spiritual Healing makes no promises or representations that there will be employment for its graduates. In addition, the Institute of Spiritual Healing has no facilities and provides no services to seek or obtain employment for its graduates.

Your use of our Programs, Services, & Products are solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise provided in this Agreement.

The Institute of Spiritual Healing reserves the right to make any adjustments to the curriculum, graduation requirements, homework, certification, fees, course dates, class hours, equipment, and organization as the Institute of Spiritual Healing deems necessary.

You hereby acknowledge that nothing contained in our Programs, Services, or Products shall constitute financial, investment, legal, medical, and/or other professional advice and that no professional relationship of any kind is created between you and the Institute of Spiritual Healing or our members. You hereby agree that you shall not make any financial, investment, medical, legal, and/or other decision based in whole, or in part, on anything contained in our Programs, Services, or Products.

Please consult your personal professional doctor, lawyer, etc and exercise your own due diligence in making decisions.

Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that:

● Any credit information you supply is true and complete.

● Charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company.

● You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

● If your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the charges incurred, including any surcharge we may incur due to such dishonored payment.

Refund Policy

● Registration and Application Fees are never refundable. Deposits are refundable, if written withdrawal from a program is received by the date specified on the program application. After the specified date, deposits are never refundable.

● Couples, early pay, and any other discounts are lost if a customer withdraws from a program. They are not prorated by sessions attended.

● Program tuition is reduced by work-study credits only for sessions attended and earned for the work-study credits. Work-study only applies to designated programs.

● Program tuition fees are payable for any session wherein a timely, written withdrawal request is not received.

● If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any membership, you may request a full refund within seven business days, no questions asked.

● If you are not satisfied with your purchase of one of our workshops or programs, you may request a full refund within ten days of your purchase date. Whether you have attended/viewed a workshop or not. No refunds will be granted outside of the ten-day period.

● If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a “live event,” you may request a full refund within five days of your purchase. No refunds will be granted on this purchase outside of the five-day period.

● Refunds on all sales products provided by third-party vendors will be determined by the policy of those vendors.

● This policy is posted clearly on our website. By purchasing one of our products you agree to this policy and to all of our disclaimers on the website.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE and fully understand that it is a release of liability. By checking the box provided on the sign-up page, I am waiving any right I, or my successors, might have to bring any legal action or assert a claim against the Institute of Spiritual Healing, his employees, agents, and contractors for accusations of malpractice, negligence, non-disclosure, or lack of informed consent.
